How I spent my Mother's Day

I guess I'm a little behind on posting this. lol. Oh well, better late than never. I really didn't do much of anything on Mother's Day. Literally, I was a complete lazy bum. I was so tired from the day before that I just laid around pretty much all day. It was great. :) We never left the house, so I didn't go out to eat or anything. I really didn't feel like it. And besides, we ate out for 3 meals the day before, so I was good. Billy just fixed me some stuff here at the house that I like to eat, so it was all good. Then, after I slept half the day, the kids and Billy gave me their cards and gifts. The kids cards were hand made and so, so sweet, and Billy found a really sweet one to give me from him. He also gave me a large bottle of Red Door perfume, which is my favorite, and I am currently almost out of it. So that was a good choice on his part. ;)

So, that was pretty much my day in a nut shell. I did take some pictures of us in the hot tub so I'd have some pictures of us on that day. I would have liked to have taken some of us dressed up for church, but seeing as how we didn't make it to church, I took what I could get. Oh well. It was a good day though.

Me and Billy in the hot tub, enjoying it before the kids got in.

My little Karen having fun in the hot tub.

Hunter being silly. He's gonna hate that I put this picture of him on here. He's so funny about having his picture taken and them me showing it to people. I don't know why though. He's such a cutie.

My 2 girls being sweet. They can do that on occasion. lol.

Hunter again

The 3 amigos :)

Kristen being Kristen. lol.

That's about how my Mother's Day went this year too - minus the hot tub since we don't have one. lol. But I slept in and the kids made food for me. :)

How nice of a day! Queen for the day, that's how you mom's should be treated! :D

Hot tub! I would love it. I love being warm, but is it a lot of work to keep up? Titus isn't much for soaking in anything. He gets in the pool and he is out within minutes, but I like to lounge and have the water all around for awhile. Do you go in often?

I think taking care of a hot tub is way easier and cheaper than taking care of a pool. We used to have a huge inground pool and it was a pain to keep clean. Of course, it was surrounded by trees so that didn't help. lol. We don't get in the hot tub as often as we should, but we've been trying to use it more here lately. It's very relaxing. Nice mixed drink, warm bubbling water, get some music going, sun going down, what's not to love there? :)
